Is this a known issue with IE 11 and Presenter 13? Text missing...

Dec 23, 2013

I have a 150 screen course that kept crashing for hours yesterday as I was trying to publish it.  Finally went through slide by slide to find slide #105 that was causing the crash.  I deleted it, did as "save as" for the whole program, and recreated the slide.  I later renamed the file once I was sure it would publish, back to the original filename.

Everything SEEMEd to be good -- it published everything and I uploaded to the LMS server and then I discover today that while it's working find in Chrome, it's not working in IE 11.  I have turn compatibility view on but what happens is this:

* Sound files and images will play and display okay but

* text doesn't show up.  The text that's part of the powerpoint presentation won't show up in IE.  It's find in Chrome though.  It's like in IE 11... the powerpoint template wasn't there.  Though actually the background of the template is there, absent any and ALL text.

Is this a known issue?  Any suggestions?

I spent hours rebuilding this course.... same problem now.  Other programs I've built work with IE 11 and Presenter 13.

This one, which had a history of blowing up in Presenter (crashed several times and hour).... I finally got the content copied over to a new presentation.  But now, when I publish to LMS... none of the text boxes show up... I get sound, video, images, but the main powerpoint template, the text boxes don't show.  Anyone have any ideas?

To further add to the confusion, the course displays properly when run locally in IE11... just not on the LMS server.

So to recap:

(1) All presenter courses except one work when installed on LMS in IE 11.

(2) Once single course when installed on LMS does NOT work in IE 11... in compatibility view or ortherwise.  It also does not work in firefox on the LMS but does work in Chrome on the LMS.

Any ideas?

While I'd rather not go through the learning curve of a new LMS, if this is the only way to test this, then I'll get registered with SCORM Could.

Basically text isn't showing up in IE 11 and in the quizzes it's all corrupted.  I'll advise shortly about SCORMCLOUD.

BTW I wanted to attach two images... seems like your portal only accepts one.
