We're having an issue here that just started. We're all still running windows 7 but most of the office has upgraded to Office 2016. They've started having issues with some, but not all, courses where the publish will reach the last slide then just crash. I'm still on Office 2007 (I'm being upgraded eventually) but their courses are publishing just fine. We're on, I believe, update 4. Any thoughts? is something like this addressed in a later version?
Hi Jada! If you're on Update 4 of Studio '13, this article describes our most recent updates and what was addressed in each one. Go ahead and download Update 7, and let me know if that fixes the issue with publishing!
