Issue reinstalling and submitting a ticket

Hi,

We are having issues reinsatlling the Articulate Studio after not being able to open Engage. We are getting the following error:

Error Code:         -5006 : 0x8000ffff

Error Information:

We are also getting an error when we try to submitt a ticket via supprt. It is a syntax erro urchin.js Code:0

 Can someone please help us?
