Always happy with Articulate's support. Have an issue I need resolved sooner rather than later.
When I'm working in PPT and I try and load the sync animations pane nothing happens. The pane is not loading. Not sure what could be causing thing.
Not sure if it's related - I did have issues before this last week and the week before. When I tried to launch the sync animation pane if I move my mouse while it was loading, the pane wouldn't load properly and my mouse cursor would disappear when I moved over the window. That seemed to go away but now I have this problem.
When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information.

Thanks for the support. I was hoping to avoid a re-install as my IT department controls the keys/installations files. However, if there's nothing else to try that's what I'll eventually have to do. Thank goodness the audio editor feature is still working right. (knock on wood)

I understand John, shoot for the repair first. Perhaps you can do that without IT involvement?
