Issue when clicking the Continue button, within the feedback box, for the last quiz question in a module.

May 30, 2019

I have been working on updating an e-learning course. When it was created a few years ago, it was published in Adobe Presenter. However, due to several technical issues with that version of Presenter, we are exploring publishing the update version in Articulate Presenter 360. I am not sure whether this question is best answered here or under Quizmaker.

I have used Quizmaker 360 to create four quiz questions that will be near the end of the module. I have disabled the result slide feature since these questions are not being scored. They are just for the users to check their knowledge.

When I publish the PPT in Articulate Presenter and test it on Articulate Review 360, the module works fine for the most part. I am able to proceed from the slides in Presenter to the question slides in Quizmaker without any issue. However, when I complete the last quiz question and then click the Continue button in the feedback box, there is a very quick flash of what looks like a form view of a question slide before the next slide in Presenter appears.  It happens very quickly, but it is noticeable.

Is this a know problem? I am wondering if this has something to so with the transition, within the published module, from the one application (Quizmaker) to the other (Presenter). Is there something I need to adjust in Quizmaker to prevent the flash that I am seeing and make the transition from the last quiz question to the next regular slide smooth and seamless?

Hi Ray,

Thanks for sharing the behavior you're seeing. It sounds like something may be briefly displaying, but I'm not sure without taking a look. Are you seeing this in both preview and publish or just once published?

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
