Issue when using Blackboard Collaborate

I submitted a case but was wondering if anyone else has this issue...

Two of our faculty are experiencing this problem:

"Since I loaded Articulate on the new computer, I cannot load any regular Power Points into Blackboard Collaborate for my web meetings. I keep getting an error message (see image attached)."

The workaround (until we find a fix) is to turn off the Articulate add-in before loading the PowerPoint content.
