Issue with a custom template

Hi all - I am currently trying to publish a course that I have created in Articulate Studio, I have used the Tabtronic player template available in the downloads section. The course has been published as 3 separate Articulate Presenter project files and I am currently struggling with viewing the module.
1) When I get to the end of the first module, there is no End or Exit button available.
2) Then when I try and close the window, I get the error message saying 'you have not completed every lesson and/or quiz. Please go back and finish the chapter.'
Can anyone help? I think I'm doing something quite simple wrong, but cannot figure it out.
I can provide the source file if that is useful?

Hey Ant!
If you've confirmed that you have the Exit tab set to display in your layout and you have set your course up using these settings, but are still experiencing the issue, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. And feel free to come back and leave your case number here so I can keep a close eye on it. Thanks!
Thanks for this Peter - but the first module is not a quiz, just an Articulate Presenter project - are there similar settings like this that need to be applied within the Presenter settings?
Also, when I try to move onto the next slide, I am getting a blank error message that looks like this:
Hi Ant,
You should be able to correct the blank dialogue pop-up using this solution.
As far as the links from my first post, they should be applicable to your Presenter course. But if they dont resolve the issue, you're free to send us your files so we can take a closer look.
