Issue with Articulate License

I am facing some problem with the articulate license.
When I had to get my system reconfigured, I had deactivated articulate before that. But now when I try to use the engage and quizmaker, using the license below, the system shows a message “You have exceeded the number of activations allowed for this licence”.
Please let me know what to do. Was there something else that I had to do before reconfiguring my system?
I had gone to Help and support on ppt and clicked deactivate articulate presenter.
