Issue with completion using IE10 and Windows 7?

Dec 26, 2013

Hello,

I have been seeing some completion issues with IE 10 on Windows 7.

I created a simple course, and ran it through Mozilla Firefox, and it completed.

I ran the same course through IE 10, on Windows 7, and it stays as incomplete.

Here is the link to the scorm logs from scorm cloud:

Has anyone else seen this happening?

Thank you,

Darrell DeWeese

I downloaded the IE10 patch and ran it on the files.  I am still getting the same result.

Here is the link to the scormcloud logs afterrunning the course through IE10 on Windows 7:

I have also attached the course file.

I may be missing something, if I am, I hope someone can help me out.

Thank you,

Hi Darrell,

Sorry to hear about the trouble!

I took a look a the link, but it the file is no longer available.

I do see where Rowie is now working with you on a support case (#00376195). Looks like she's requested the files. If you have the full version of your project, you should be able to share that with the link she sent you.

Please let us know if there are any updates.

Thanks!
