Issue with exit button on Internet Explorer 10

Hi
We have created a SCORM 1.2 compliant course using Articulate presenter 09 and having issue with the course exit button.
We tested the course using SCORM Cloud and the exit button is working fine. However, the exit button is not working at client's end.
We do not have access to client's LMS. Client is using Internet Explorer 10.
We have also installed the patch from the link: http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-09/using-the-articulate-updater-for-internet-explorer-10
Please let us know if there is any workaround to resolve this issue.
