Issue with Video Encoder '09

Hi Everyone. First post here. Am new to Articulate studio '09. I have installed this application on my laptop in windows 7 environment. It installed perfectly good, Presenter,engage and quizmaker were working fine, except video encoder. when I launch this product, I am getting following an error message.
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.If you click Quit, the application will close immediately .
A generic error occurred in GDI+".
If you click continue or quit, the application is automatically terminating.
Forgot to tell you guys one thing. I have installed all dependencies like Microsoft Office and Flash player. Only issue with this video encoder other than everything is perfectly working fine.
Please let me know thoughts on this issue.I would really appreciate your help on this.

I'd first try to run through the steps in this article, and if you're still having trouble, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your files. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
