I had my LMS server crash. We were able to get a copy of all the course content from the server. We built the new server and copied all the course content to the new server. Users are able to get to the content and proceed through the trainings as expected UNLESS there is a video. When a training includes any kind of video, it's like the content cannot find the video or something. Any thoughts?
It sounds like the new server doesn't support FLV or MP4 files. You can fix this by adding mime types for those file types. See the links below for more information:
