Issues publishing AICC?

Jan 10, 2012

Hi, there,

My client tasked us to "convert" two Lectora courses to Articulate because of ongoing Java plug-in issues. In order to duplicate the functionality existing in their Lectora courses (LOTS of pop-ups), we made a bunch of hidden slides. One course publishes in AICC fine, the other gets to the final step of publishing stuff on the masters and then just crashes. One time I did receive that "Error code 120" thing. I always shut down, restart before beginning a publish. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled Articulate and tried three other computers, all with the same crash at the very end.

Both courses publish with absolutely no issues when published for SCORM.

So is there a cap on the number of slides AICC can handle? Is there something I'm overlooking? Help! There is a lot of branching in the course and I really, really don't want to have to recreate this!

Thanks in advance,

And if you continue to experience issues, you're welcome to Create an Articulate Presenter Package and upload the zip file to our support engineers, who are happy to work with you to find a resolution. You can do that here:

Hope that's helpful!
