This is my first time contributing. I have a mystery to solve: When I publish something in Storyline 2 (SCORM 2004, HTML 5) everything works fine on our LMS via mobile. When I publish using Studio the modules work fine with desktop but not so much with mobile: they play but almost all of the images are lost.
Thoughts? What step of the process do you think things are going wrong? Is this the LMS (Cornerstone for Salesforce) or Articulate?
I'm assuming you are publishing the Studio '13 course for HTML5 as well?
I would invite you to test the content in SCORM Cloud to identify if the issue is with the course or with the LMS. If you are able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, then we would want to take a look.
I too am deploying my first Studio '13 mobile content, and during testing, my client reports, "I logged into my portal on my iPad. The portal was fine, everything looked great, but the course would not play at all. When I tried via my iPhone, the course opened, I could see the player and hear the narration, but I could not see anything on the player screen (except the menu on the left)."
While I've confirmed the client is using Mobile Safari and iOS version 9, and it is published for HTML5 without AMP, I have not yet set it up in the SCORM cloud to test there.
But with the similar symptom that Robert reported, I am very much interested in the results of this support case.
Hi Dave; thanks for reaching out with your experience as well. It sounds like your setup is good, using the HTML5 option without AMP for your mobile. Also, it sounds like this is a recently built course; regardless I'd like to make sure you're on the latest of update of Studio '13 which includes added support for iOS 9.
Would you also be able to run some testing in SCORM Cloud if you've already updated? And we'll let you know the update on Robert's case too, in case it has similar implications!
Hello Crystal, thanks for your reply, and my apologies for not getting back to you sooner. To answer your questions, yes, I have the latest update installed (Version 8:1607:2021), and yes, we have tested in SCORM Cloud. The result there shows that the player is visible, the audio plays, but no screen content is visible (see image).
Thanks for the follow up, Dave. I see what you're saying. Would you want to share your file here for us to test out? You can attach your Articulate package (all the PowerPoint and Presenter content) here, or if you'd prefer, share it privately with us.

Thanks, Leslie. Yes, HTML 5 in Studio '13. Maybe I've done something wrong at that stage.
I just replicated the issue using SCORM Cloud: works on my desktop and not on my iPad (audio but no images). At least I know it isn't the LMS.
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look? If you cannot share it here in the forums, please share it here privately.
File has been sent. Thank you!
Thanks Robert! Looks like your support case (00891728) has been received and you should be hearing from someone soon.
I popped in to check on your case this morning and it looks like Lea is assisting you. I will continue to follow along.

I popped in to check on your case again and looks like you are still working with our team.

Thanks Crystal; I opened a case:

Thanks Dave! We're having a look!
Looks like it is HTML5 output in general, so I'm having a look in that area.
