just downloaded Presenter and get an error message when opening

Sep 01, 2014

I just downloaded Presenter. When I click on "Open Power Point", an error message comes up that says, "It appears that the Presenter add-in has been disabled." I follow the directions to enable the add-in and then press OK in the Error Message box. Then I get another error message: "Could not open Power Point". Specifically, the error message states, "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID (91493441-5A91-11CF-8700-00AA0060263B) failed due to the following error: 80080005 Server execution failed (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80080005 (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE))." Any suggestions?
