I just downloaded Studio Pro and am in PowerPoint. When I click on the Articulate option from the menu, and then click on any of the choices in the Articulate ribbon, it says "Articulate Presenter IPC handler could not be loaded." I tried all of the suggestions in the 'Learn more' options, and nothing is working. Even when I go to File > Options > Add-Ins > Manage COM Add-ins > Go > Select 'Articulate Presenter IPC Handler' > OK - nothing happens, it's like it's not "sticking" when I select that in options. Any idea what else it could be? I've also uninstalled and re-installed the software entirely.
I am having a similar issue but my presenter at least shows it is loaded so I was wondering if you ever got it working and if you could remember how your IT managed it?

Yeah I tried all of those options - still getting that IPC handler note. I think it's something to do with my work settings (?)
Perhaps so. Do you have an IT person to reach out to?

My first advice would have been to conduct a repair of your software, but I see you already got this sorted here :)
