I'm taking Articulate 360 out for a test drive - I downloaded the trial version (long time Studio 9 user). I published a labeled graphic to Web. The swirl animation works in the presentation.html and presentation_flash.html versions, but not the presentation_html5.html. Windows 10... the results are the same in Chrome or IE. The swirl doesn't work in any html format when opened in Firefox. I am launching from a trusted location listed in my Flash player settings. Am I missing a setting or config that I should be using? Thanks.
Sorry to hear Firefox is giving you trouble! I tested a sample labeled graphic in Firefox, and the swirl animation appeared to work correctly. Have a look at this quick video of my testing.
