Launching training from within a software app

Our users log in to our software application and need to access training from a link shown there. In Articulate, I published the training and then copied the published output folders/files to our server. The training opens as if it's going to play, but there is no content. The training plays fine when I send it directly to others, but not when it's accessed from the server. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
