I am following the steps verbatim to create and submit a Learning Game. However, once I enter "finish" it disappears. It is not in my PowerPoint presentation nor is it in the "MyArticulate" folder on my pc despite my having titled it. I've done it twice.
Is there a problem with Learning Games or a workaround?
No I don't get something that says Learning Game Placeholder. Please see attachment; just tried it again and captured each screen as I went so you can see what I'm doing as I input it and how things look (or don't!) once I'm done.
By the way, I forgot to put in the screen shot where I clicked Finish, but I did so and then it's like the work that was done has vanished into thin air!
Hi Alison! It does not look like a support ticket was ever filed on this issue, so there is no update to provide. If you would share some details as to what kind of issue you are encountering, perhaps we can assist you. You could submit a case as was advised before if you would like as well and get someone in support to assist you.

Ann,
I think you need to enter a support ticket on this one.
Sorry about the trouble, Ann.
If you haven't already, please go ahead and submit a case to us so we can help get this resolved. Thanks!
Was this resolved? The same thing is happening to me.
