Having trouble with unchecking the "Display Results Screen" option for Learning Games in Presenter. When unchecking this option, the course freezes at the end of the game and will not permit the user to advance to the next slide. I've tried various combinations, such as configuring to advance automatically and advance by user. Nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this issue and figured out how to resolve it? Many thanks in advance!
How have you published your Presenter course? You'll want to make sure that you're testing this published output in the intended environment, as that may cause some problems when viewing.
Additionally, have you tried to import your Presenter file into a new file to see if that solved the freezing issue? It may be something specific to that particular file.
Thanks, Ashley! I've published as LMS/Scorm, but admittedly was "testing" using the Player file from the packaged output as opposed to testing once loaded to our LMS. I will do another test after loading to the LMS to see how it behaves. If that still doesn't work, I'd be happy to share the file for your thoughts. I'll update this post within a fews days with my LMS findings. Many thanks!

How have you published your Presenter course? You'll want to make sure that you're testing this published output in the intended environment, as that may cause some problems when viewing.
Additionally, have you tried to import your Presenter file into a new file to see if that solved the freezing issue? It may be something specific to that particular file.
If you'd like to share your Presenter file here I can take a look at it, or if you'd prefer to send it privately you can do so by submitting a Support Case. On the second screen you'll be asked to load your files, and here are directions for how to package your Presenter files.
