Right before the old forums closed, I posted an inquiry about a problem I was having using the Word Quiz learning game. Viewers couldn't proceed in the webinar after completing these. I since figured out the issue. I had the results page disabled. That's where the "Advance" button lives, so if the results page isn't enabled, viewers are stuck. I just wanted to share this.
Did you find that the same thing happens with the Choices Learning Game? In this case, if the results screen is disabled, the advance button shows on the question slide and is not working for me. The user is stuck at that slide and has to close down.
