When i try to add a question in the Word Quiz under Learning games i get the complete question (80 characters) however it shows only 7 words in the answer. Please let me know

I don't think that this should be happening with only 80 characters. The Learning Games engine in Articulate Presenter supports a maximum of 250 characters in a question and 150 characters in an answer. We do not have a list of character limits for individual question types. If you feel you may be running into unexpected behavior, please feel to submit a support case so we can take a closer look at it.
I tried to submit a support case however it does not allow me to do so. It asks me for name, email address and Product. It does not allow me to enter any information/brief description.
You should be able to enter additional details and attach a file on the second page of the form. If you're unable to do so, you'll be able to share additional information after the case has been submitted. Once the case is sent to us, you'll receive an email confirmation. If you're unable to share the details when you submit the case, you can just reply to that email and any information you send in that email will be added to the case.
I guess would need some help here. I am still unable to log a support case. would you be able to help, below is my scenario
Scenario: I am trying to add a "word Game" like the hangman game below is the question and the answer. i have also attached the screen shot of the preview
Question: and issued to that of birth is drivers of date license birth name the date was number
Answer: that drivers license number was issued to name and the date of birth is date of birth
Strange. Are you behind a company firewall or anything that may be blocking the form? You could try using a different browser and see if that helps. If you're still unable to get it to work, you could try sending an email to: support@articulate.com
I just tried to recreate the same type of question and I see that it gets cut off the same way. Are you able to cut down the question/answer a little for the learner?
