Link for Download of Presenter '13 Update 3

Jul 22, 2014

I am looking for the link to download update 3. Does anyone have it? We have to have our IT department download the file and scan it before we can install it.

Hi Christopher,

No - this update is for Studio '13, not Storyline. It does not impact the support of Studio '13 content within Storyline itself.

The current version of Storyline doesn't support this content, but it will be supported in a future version. If you're interested in participating in the testing of future versions, I recommend reaching out to beta@articulate.com.

I hope this information helps!

I am having the same issues with this version as I did with the last release candidate. It fails on launch after installation.

Hi Brent,

I believe you're still hitting an installation issue. Can you try the following to resolve the issue?

Install VSTO:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=43664

Install at least .NET Framework 4.0:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851

After installing the above, please restart your machine.

If you still have issues, verify that the Articulate add-in isn't Disabled in PowerPoint:

If you continue to have problems, follow all of the steps listed in the link below:

If you still have problems, submit a support case to us and we'll take a closer look at the issue:

It still crashes on launch. I am launching engage and quizmaker and both fail. I attached a short screen capture of the event. I have had to go back to an early version to operate.
