Link to branched screen not working when published

I have a Presenter slide with 4 images on screen A. I want the learner to click on the image to advance (branch) to the related information screen B; and then click the arrow I created to return to screen A where the 4 images are located. This would be repeated with each image.
I followed the instructions found in the link below. When I published the course, nothing is happening when I click the image. The related screens (screen b) are hidden, so I am assuming the links back are also not working.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what I did wrong? I need help desperately. L

Are the images in objects that are part of a SmartArt" object? If so, they are notorious for not working with hyperlinks when published.
If they are, break them out as separate objects outside the SmartArt boundary and retry the linking
If they are not, try putting a transparent shape over the image you want to use as the "button". Then add your hyperlink "place in this document" to that.
If you're okay working with Flash, i've got some flash code that will allow you to jump from slide to slide from the flash movie.
The images are not smart objects, so I will try the idea of use the transparent shape. Is there a reason behind a transparent shape works and not a png image/object?
I have not used flash code with Articulate, but if you have something to share, I would gladly give it a try.
Thanks,
Cheryl
I created the transparent overlay with the hyperlink 'place in this document' setting and reloaded to LMS. Unfortuenly, it did not work. Does anyone have any other suggests?
Isit possible to submit the file to Artilculte Support for help with this type of issue?
Hi Cheryl!
Sorry for the trouble you're running into Sorry if it's a silly question (because you mentioned it in your title), but I just want to confirm that you have published the course and tested the links in the published version? You'll want to be sure to test your content in its intended environment: Web server, LMS, Articulate Online, or CD. If you are testing your content locally, publish for CD. Testing hyperlinks in Preview is not supported.
If you're not having any luck in the published course, we'd be happy to take a look at it. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!
I did the testing on the LMS without success. I have submitted the file.
Thanks, Cheryl
