I have recently migrated video content for a course to sharepoint 365. After updating and verifying that the links worked in PowerPoint first, none of the links in the published course work offline or on the LMS or on IE10 or Chrome. The video formats are in WMV and MP4 format, both are compatible with SP 365.
I am stumped and would be grateful for any solutions.
Hi Daire! I'm not familiar with Sharepoint 365, but a great testing tool would be to be sure that the content works is SCORM Cloud. This will help you determine if the issue lies with the course or with your LMS.
Thank you for your suggestion, I have tested the content on scorm cloud. The linked video is still providing an error. Any ideas what the issue might be?
If you are able to reproduce the error in SCORM Cloud and you have inserted the videos as shown here, then we would want to take a look at your Articulate Package. If you cannot share here in the forums, please share here.
