Links in text box don't work

I'm in a bind with two links that don't work in a text box. This is the first time I've encountered this in a text box and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. One of the links is internal so it won't work for anyone else, but the other is external so it should work for everyone. I've attached the slide as a file - does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you!

PS - These links work when I save this single slide as a new file and publish it. It doesn't work in preview, but it does work when published. It's done according to the "supported links" guidelines (http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap9&id=k1d35o1lreyj).

No one has suggested anything after four hours, so I've submitted this as a support case. It's Articulate Case # 00345271. I'll update with the solution if/when possible.
