LMS Error Message

Hello all, in some cases when lessons are being closed (SCORM 1.2 by the way) the viewer is getting the following message.
Is this message generated by the Articulate Player? This appears a bit different than the typical error messages that the Articulate Player generates, and of course there is the 'LMS Message' thing which to me seems to mean this is generated by the LMS, not the Articulate Player. Any one have an answer? Thanks!

Hi Steve. Thatis definitely a message from your LMS. I would start your troubleshooting with this article:
