LMS not tracking in progress module

Dec 05, 2013

I am now using Articulate Pro ’13. We have launched our annual reviews here at the hospital and we are running into a HUGE glitch that did not happen with ’09. Our LMS is Saba 6.1. Here is an example of what we are running into: Say a nurse is taking a module and she is the middle of taking a course and she gets a call to help a patient, so she exits the course and logs out of the system. When she logs back in now the course is no longer in her “in-progress” learning…it has been moved to her completed assignments and it shows "successfully" completed on their transcripts. Is anyone else having this problem? Thank you so much!

Hi Christy,

I was able to find the support case (#00372794 for my reference) that you submitted today. It looks like the case has already been escalated. You should be hearing from our support team soon.

In the meantime, be sure to package your published content properly for your LMS:

Publishing a Presentation for LMS in Articulate Presenter

If that doesn't help, have you tested your course in SCORM CloudThis would help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side.

If you're using AICC content please take a look at the article below for testing information:

Articulate Support - Testing Studio '13 AICC content at SCORM Cloud

If you do try testing the course in SCORM Cloud, please be sure to share your results with our support team. This may cut down on the troubleshooting.

Please let me know how it goes.

Thanks!
