LMS Reporting Help

Hello,
I am having an issue getting a course that won't report a quiz score to the LMS. In addition, the course will not allow the student to pick up where they left off. I've marked all the indicators with in the course but its still not working. The course was created a couple of years ago using Engage. Recently, I was hired by the client to update some of the language using 360. HELP!!

Let's see if we can get this straightened out! Regarding the course that isn't reporting a quiz score or resuming correctly--was that created in Presenter '13 or Presenter 360?
To nail down whether this is an issue with your file or your LMS, I'd recommend first testing in SCORM Cloud. You can create a free account right here, and we are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your Articulate Package.

Thanks! The course was created in Presenter 09 or 13. When I tried to upload the package into scorm I received this message.
Hm, that's odd. Did you follow these instructions to publish for LMS and then zip the contents from the Publish Successful dialog box by clicking Zip?
I can upload a zip file to the cloud but not a package zip. Any suggestions?

Looks like you shared the Package Zip here, which is not the same thing as zipping the published output.
I was able to open and publish your content, which you can see here.
I did notice when I went to publish the content that it was marked to publish for CD, so be sure to check out the directions that Alyssa shared above.
If you wish, you can try to upload my zipped content and see how that works for you.

Yes, I will try your zip. I'm surpised that it shows CD as the publish method because I've published it a million times just trying to make

I tried several time to upload the package to the cloud but received an error message. I decided to open a support ticket with tech support. My client is getting antsy about getting the course posted.
