P.S. -- You can also check this when previewing: First preview a slide or series of slides, then click the Player Template button at the top of the preview window. When the Player Template window pops up, there will be a logo field there where you can select the logo you want to use:
Here's another thing you can try: publish to a different folder on your hard drive - you might be seeing a cached version of the course without the logo.

Hi Sara! When you click Publish, there is a field on the Publish window called Logo. Have you selected your logo from that dropdown?
Yes, it is selected.

It shows up there as well. Or, the file name does but it still does not display.
