hi - I added my company logo to the navigation panel, then removed it (Presentation Options > Logos). It is still displaying when I preview. I have no other logos listed in the Logos list. Why is it still displaying? Thank you
Hi there Mary, and welcome! Even if you've deleted the logo from your logo library, if it has been added to a course Presenter may still be storing the logo within that project. Here's what you can do.
To remove the logo panel completely from your player, you can open your course in PowerPoint and, on the Articulate menu, go to Player Templates > Layout and unmark the box next to "Logo Panel." If you're prompted, make sure to save the changes to your player template.
Now, next time you publish, just make sure to select your customized player template on the Publish window. (Or, if you're previewing and things don't look right, use the Player Templates button at the top of the preview window to make sure that the preview is pointing to the correct Player Template.)
I had a problem yesterday in that I DID uncheck that Logo panel option and the course still published with the default articulate template and logo. Any ideas? Still working at it now.
Check the template option when you PUBLISH is correct - sometimes you need to alter it at publish as well as in the course because it decides to go back to something other than the one you want.
Bruce, it WAS correct. I have it fixed now. I had to do two publishes though. I published to a random template and then came back and set it to the one I wanted and it worked fine. Not sure what that's about. Caching of some sort I assume.

When I preview, it is fine but when I publish it defaults to the regular grey

Hi Robert - Yah, cacheing can sometimes cause issues - publishing to a completely different folder can help too. Glad to hear you're all set now!
