Hi all, I have created a 10 sec video and created a loop in Windows media player. No issues there. When i install it into an Engage 13 file the loop is broken. How can i loop a video and run it in Engage 13
Your file is probably being converted to MP4 as explained in this tutorial, so you may be losing the functionality you are setting up. The looping is not controlled within Engage, and I know that I've seen other users mention utilizing .swf files with looping successfully.
You may want to share more information about how you've set up the looping and the video type you're using (I'm guessing a .wmv - but just in case). Engage doesn't have an option to keep the video looping, but you can read more about what options are available here.
