Hi, I have an issue: I have to add some new modules to a project and this implies changing the name of the current modules.
When I change the name of the .pptx, I lose the audios.
I've tried changing both the names of the .pptx and the associated Presenter file, but it doesn't work either. As the project is now almost finished, I can't upload all the audios and sync all of the slides again.
The file is becoming disassociated from the ppta file if you need to change filenames open the file and choose save as, a new ppta file will be created with your audio intact (hopefully)

Hi Belen,
Just an idea.
1. make a backup of both pptx & ppta files
2. delete the ppta-file
3. rename your pptx file
4. open it (there should be an ppta file created)
5. delete that file ppta file
6. rename your old ppta file to the new name

I've followed Phil's method and it works!
So it's better to open the file and save it with another name rather than just changing its name when its closed, as it loses the ppta info.
