On Friday I completed adding audio files in articulate and syncing my on click animations. I previewed all my slides (170+) to see how they worked and everything seemed fine. Today when I went into my presentation to work on other tasks, all my audio is gone. What could have happened???
There are a couple things that can cause lost audio. The most common reason is working from a network or shared drive. We have a knowledge base article that lists common reasons and solutions for lost audio.

If none of those suggestions helps, you should submit a help ticket.
