Loss of links to imported audio files... just gone (files are still there though)

This has happened to me dozens of times over the last year. I will painstakingly import audio clip by clip into a presentation, then, weeks or months later, it will all be gone. The files are still there but there's no easy way to import an audio "script" that has the files, in sequence, for that presentation. The audio files are not all in one place, some are picked from here or there (otherwise I could just import them in a batch i.e. audiofile1 - audiofile15.
So here's my question (other than, has anyone else had this happen to them):
- Is there an easy way, once all the audio files are imported, and all set up in the correct order to export a "script" that lists the files associated with that presentation? Would this benefit anyone else?

Hi Jim!
You can check out this article to understand the common reasons that your audio may be missing.
I also wanted to share our supported methods for exporting your audio.
Not sure if someone in the community has come up with what you are asking.
Thanks.
I don't want to Export audio. What I want is a printed list of which files go with which slides.

Oh, sorry for misunderstanding Jim! I am not familiar with a way to do so. Again, perhaps someone in the community has come up with a solution.
