I created a presentation in Pro 09 and the audio worked just fine. This week I upgraded to Pro 13 and when I went into the presentation it asked if I wanted to upgrade, which I did. Then I tried to run the presentation after I added three quizzes and I now have no audit. What did I do wrong and how do I get the audio back?
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having with the upgraded presentations. Could you please zip up your project files and send them to us here? I would also recommend sending us the backup that Presenter created of your original content so we can take closer look at both.
Thanks, Leslie, I'm such a klutz when anything goes wrong with software. I just don't speak computer so as long as a software works fine I'm good. Otherwise, GACK!
The same thing has happened to me. I'm not sure whether this is because of the upgrade. But I have lost all my audio. I've tried to re-upload the audio but some of it keeps disappearing and it is a lengthy process.
