I have a published version of a project that has audio in it. Upon returning to the project in PP to perform a couple of updates, I found the audio files are gone. There is nothing showing in the audio editor. I'm confident I didn't delete the audio, so I'm really puzzled. Any ideas? 2nd question - is there a way to import the audio from the published Articulate file back into the project? I know I need a wav or MP4 file. Any help would be great!
I did have the "old" file issue, but even after following the instructions, I still didn't have any audio. I went ahead and submitted a support case and attached the files. Thanks again for your help. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

If these solutions don't work, then you can submit a Support case as well so that we can look at your file.
