lost license codes

Hello,
I started a new job this week, and I must say, I'm very glad to be able to bring the Articulalte community with me!
So here's the deal. My new organization purchased 3-4 licenses for Articulate Studio long ago. One staff member is currently using it, but no one knows about the license codes, serial numbers, etc. for the other 2-3 licenses. Is there anyway that Articulate can recover any information we need to get me setup and running?

I suggest you contact your Articulate rep. I would think they can look them up for you.
Thanks Jan - I forgot to mention - they don't know who the articulate rep was either.
My guy is Ed Croson ecroson@articulate.com maybe he can help.
I would submit company name and your license #, explaining the situation. Maybe he can then direct you to your rep. ?
