Low Quality in Articulate Studio 13 Presentation

Hi!

I'm creating a presentation using Articulate Studio 13 but trying to "publish" it I have a very bad quality result even if the preview is perfect.

I'm using these player properties:

and these quality settings:

We need a responsive product because we have to use it on different devices such as pc, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

This is the result:

I have not very clear images and letters.

I used only icons and Power Point original fonts.

 

What can I do?

Hello Daniele and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

It looks like you have enabled scaling in your project, which could cause some of the blurriness you are seeing.

Here's how to change the browser settings and player size in Articulate Presenter '13.

Try changing the Player Size to 'Lock Player at Optimal Size' to see if that assists. You should still be able to view on other devices.
