MAC users unable to view start button

Hello Support,

An end user using MAC is unable to view the start button to click to begin the course created using Studio 13. She has pop up disabled and as Adobe flash and pluggins installed. This is a first. The button doesn't even display on her screen.

Has anyone encountered this? any ideas to troubleshoot this will be very much appreciated.

Hi there Maurine.  I really like your penguins profile pic.  :)

The first things that came to mind to investigate would be:

  • What browser are they using?  For a Mac user, the system requirements for viewing content are Safari 3 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Google Chrome (latest version).
  • Do the Player Properties include the option to "open in a new window?"   The pop-up blocker may be preventing the new window from opening if the course is set that way.
