Managing Multiple Licenses

Does anyone have a good process for managing multiple Articulate licenses for their company? We basically have a spreadsheet, a point person, and a periodic survey to ask everyone on the team to report what licenses they have activated. But it is very manual, very time consuming, and at times out of date.

I created a feature request for the company to provide corporate customers read-only access to activation data for purchased licenses, but until the genie comes out of that bottle I am interested in what you are doing to manage this at your company.
