On my menu, if you click on the first page Heading text, (SCHOOLS) I would expect that the menu should expand. However, it does not. If I click another heading (RESOURCES) in the menu, it does expand.
I also assumed that the menu would collapse if I click on the Heading like it does with the arrow but that is less of a concern.
Is this an error and if not, is there a workaround?
So sorry you ran into this. I'm happy to investigate!
Is the top-level an Engage interaction? I ask because we're looking into an issue in Presenter where the menu will not auto-expand when reaching the Engage header.
For now, one workaround is not to use Engage content as a heading slide.

Let me know if that matches what you're seeing!
Hi Katie,
Thanks for the response. I did not use any Articulate features beyond the player features. The slides all consist of text, graphics, and hyperlinks.
Hi Jon,
Thanks for those clues! From here, are you comfortable with sharing the Articulate Package for testing? If that works, you can use this private upload link.
I'll take a thorough look and let you know what I find!
