Decided to show the slide notes on the right hand side of the screen and did not want users to see the Menu (containing slide titles). Set this up and this works fine. Except........when it comes to a quiz or an interaction when it shows the Menu with slides or quiz questions in it - I don't want this - want just blank Notes.
For the quizzes in your project, have you disabled the menu option? If you have the menu disabled for both your normal slides and your quiz slides, and you have the notes option enabled, the menu shouldn't display when a quiz is open.
Make sure that when you select your quiz in the "Slide Properties" that the "Menu" option is not enabled:

Now, the question title itself is going to show up along the top of the "Notes" pane - but you shouldn't see anything else from the quiz.
