We recently upgraded to PowerPoint 365, though I still have PowerPoint 07 available. I also upgraded to the most recent version of Articulate Studio on Friday. The Articulate tab and icons appear in both versions as they should, but nothing happens when I click on an icon. Help!!
Hi - I worked with our IT group to uninstall MS 2007 so all I have on my
PC is PowerPoint 365. However, none of the Articulate icons work when
clicked. I click on options and nothing comes up. I click on preview
next three slides and nothing appears. I tried clicking on insert video,
I get the "get video from my files" message but then the directory never
appears. It's almost as if Articulate isn't communicating with my PC or
PPT at all. What else can I try?

Hi Wende! I wanted to mention that responding via e-mail is now supported, but it looks as if your signature is pulling as well, and wasn't sure if you wanted that. You have the capability of editing your post if you would like to remove this information.
You still have the local versions of the program as well, right? As the web-only version is not one that we support.
If so, a simple repair of your software should get you back in working order :)
So I removed MS 365 and reinstalled MS 2007. However, I am still unable
to get Articulate to work. If I click on an icon nothing happens. I
installed the Articulate update on Friday - - could that be the issue?

I've not seen reports of this, but let's get you over to support for further assistance as they can check logs, etc that are a little more in-depth than forum assistance.

Sounds like you may have a conflict occurring. You should only have one version of Powerpoint on your system.
