I was wondering if there was a way to set a minimum time spent in the course to safe guard against someone just clicking thru the screens to complete an e-learn?
This will insure that your learner cannot move ahead before any video/audio is completed and enforces the slide time that you set in your options here.
The issue that we are having is that the user is not either clicking on all the interactions etc. on the slide before moving forward so we have many coming back and saying the spent 1 hr on a 30 min course but still showing as incomplete.
We dont have a problem tracking completion, our LMS does that. We have users that say they have gone into a course 3 or 4 times, completed the quiz and still shows up as incomplete, but when I go in as them, I am able to complete the course with it showing as complete in our LMS. So the only thing that I can think of is that the user is not clicking on everything on the slide. I dont know how else to explain what could be causing the incomplete?

Hi Mandeep!
Perhaps implementing a Restricted Navigation may be of assistance to you?

Hi Leslie,

Will this restricted Navigation assist in this?
It would assist in the sense that they will have to visit all of the content.
I'm not sure if you are saying that you are having a problem with tracking completion now?
Hmm. I will have to try that one then.

Hi Mandeep!
Always hard to tell when you cannot replicate the issue. Are you tracking by quiz results or by slides viewed?
