What seems to be happening is that the font files in your published output aren’t getting to the learner’s web browser. Since the font is appearing as garbled text, these two steps should help resolve the issue:

Re Garbled Text, does it mean the whether or not the text can be shown properly depend on the viewer's browser setting?
