Missing Articulate Presenter Ribbon in Microsoft 13 upgrade

Jul 08, 2016

Everything was going fine, until I received a 5 minute warning to save and close all files so that Microsoft 13 could install.  (I'd been expecting this to happen at some point)  I saved and closed PPT and my other files, but when I restarted my computer and tried to go back to work, the Articulate tab was missing from the ribbon.  I've gone through all of the usual steps....  File> Options> COM Add ins and Checking for Disabled features.  The message I get is "  Unable to load Articulate Presenter Add In".  When I click on "Learn More", I get the directions on the Articulate Support site for fixing this problem in PPT 2002, 2003, and 2010.  There are no directions for fixing the problem in Microsoft PPT 2013.  Any ideas?

One more piece of information re: my Microsoft 13 issue. (see above)  When I open PPT, and attempt to "reinstall" the Articulate Tab on the PPT ribbon, I also get this message:

Load Behavior:  Not Loaded.  A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add in.

Also, when I saw someone else's post, I tried saving my PPT as an older version---- got the same error message, and no Articulate Tab.

Thanks for any help anyone can give me.  I'm out of commission- work-wise- without Articulate!
