Missing Notes When Trying to Record Narration

What did I do wrong - or how can i correct this situation: A previously recorded Articulate project was given to the client to review, they made updates to the slides and now it needs to be narrated again. After re-saving it to my desk top, opening it up and clicking the Articulate tab, then selecting "Record Narration" the file goes through its morphing into that mode and when complete there is no "notes" screen from which to read the narration. The only way I can get out of the file is to "Save and Close."
Any help from someone who has seen this issue would be appreciated.

That solved the problem! I thought I had it checked but obviously didn't. Thanks for clearing up what turned out to be "user error!"
