Missing sound files
Mar 07, 2012
Hi all,
I have finished my second CBT today and the first one was no problem at all, on the second one (which uses the same template, same settings, same backgrounds, etc ...) the sound files dissapear when I publish my course. I have tried to do this 9 times today, rebooted my computer several times and nothing seems to work. The files are there just before I select 'Publish' and then when I look at the result, they are gone. They are also gone in my original PowerPoint files ... but strange enough the synchronisation still exists. This is a really frustrating problem since the course is 145 MB and takes a while to upload ... only to see that once again my work was wasted. Anybody experienced the same problem or anybody any suggestions for a solution?
Thanks very much!

Thanks for the answer Peter. I did move the files (and the PPTA) ... I didn't know that could cause such a problem. Problem solved. File published and all is well.
Kind regards,
Peggy
Really glad to hear it, Peggy! Thanks for checking in.
