When I publish in Presenter 13 from PPT, compile choosing html5 and Android output options, and upload to my LMS the courses open on a tablet/iPhone/Ipad, but the hyperlinks within the presentation do not show up and do not work. Anyone have this issue? Thanks
Hi, Kevin -- Thanks for reaching out and so sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask if you are finding the same behavior when you test your course in the SCORM Cloud, as well?
We are using an LMS located on our dedicated server.
When we publish (compile) and upload to the server the course works perfectly on a laptop or computer, but the hyperlinks will not work when you open the course with an Android, ipod or any tablet. The course opens, the volume is there, but the hyperlinks within the document (and external hyperlinks as well) do not work. They don't even show up.
I did submit it as a case on your website. I gave instructions for actually logging into our course on our server, sent a compiled version and the PPT version zipped.
Hi, Kevin -- Thanks for sharing your case number and we will be happy to follow along! And as Steve mentioned (thanks, Steve!), the SCORM Cloud is the recommended testing environment for course that have been published for LMS. The following articles will hopefully shed a bit more light:
I'd also link to note in case your weren't aware, when you reply to a forum notification via email, the details in your signature are displayed publicly here in the post. If you'd like to remove that info, simply use the EDIT button beneath your post and you should be all set!
And as Leslie mentioned that Kevin is working with Vevette from our Support Team, here is an update from his case:
"Thanks for contacting Articulate Support!
Thank you also for all the information you had provided. I've confirmed that texts with hyperlinks are not showing properly in the Articulate Mobile Player. I've also confirmed that this issue has already been reported to our QA for review. As a workaround, I recommend using the HTML5 output for mobile devices. You can do this by deselecting the "Use Articulate Mobile player" option when publishing.
To explain further, please check out this article on how Presenter determines which version of your content to display when learners view it. Let me know if you need anything else!"

Hi Kevin!
Do you experience the same behavior if you upload your course to SCORM Cloud for testing?
If you are able to replicate, perhaps you could share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?

Not sure what you mean by SCORM cloud.

They mean upload and test it on the SCORM testing bed: http://scorm.com/scorm-solved/scorm-cloud-features/
It allows you to test your file without any other variables (LMS etc) in the way.
Thanks Steve.
